Chakra map & key

Soft overlays on the body map while you listen — a cream, tradition-inspired key to the seven centers people often talk about in yoga and wellness spaces. Stillseed uses them as gentle thematic markers, never as a medical idea.

Not medical advice. Chakras here are cultural / wellness symbols. Stillseed makes no physical, medical, or energetic claims — the markers are simply a place to rest your attention. If something’s going on with your health, talk to a clinician.

Soft tradition

What are chakras?

In many yoga and contemplative traditions, chakras are described as subtle energy centers along the body — often pictured as seven points from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Different lineages use different names, colors, and stories.

Stillseed isn’t teaching a medical system or making energy-work promises. We borrow the familiar seven-center map as a soft visual language: muted color markers on the silhouette, so a love listen can gently spotlight the heart area while the ball of light still travels the full locked path (tippy toes → fingertips).

Cream key

The seven centers

Colors match the muted markers already used on the body map. “Often associated with” is tradition-inspired wording — reflective, not clinical.

Crown

Sahasrara · top of head

Often associated with quiet awareness, rest, a restful evening feeling, and a sense of soft connection beyond the day-to-day hustle.

Third eye

Ajna · forehead

Often associated with clarity, intuition, and noticing what’s already true — soft insight rather than overthinking.

Throat

Vishuddha · throat

Often associated with honest expression, kind speech, and letting your voice land easily when you’re ready.

Heart

Anahata · chest

Often associated with love, gratitude, warmth, and soft self-seeing — receiving connection without chasing.

Solar plexus

Manipura · upper belly

Often associated with quiet confidence, agency, and standing in your own warmth — career clarity with soft shoulders.

Sacral

Svadhisthana · lower belly

Often associated with creative flow, pleasure in ordinary sensation, and ease in the body — a softer relationship with how you feel in your skin.

Root

Muladhara · base / pelvis

Often associated with grounding, safety, calm when worry flutters, and a felt sense of “enough” — security and belonging in the body.

How Stillseed uses this

When a track has a clear theme, each track has a focus center and a supporting center. The ball path stays complete — tippy toes through fingertips — so the body scan never shortcuts to a single point.

Track Focus center Supporting Theme
Already Mine (Soft Song) Crown Heart The knowing that it’s already yours.
Glow Up (Soft Song + short) Throat Heart Self-expression and being seen.
Soulmate Glow Heart Sacral Warm, reciprocal love.
Still Water Third eye Root A quiet, still mind.
Golden Flow Sacral Root Abundance flowing with ease.
Aligned Path Third eye Crown Intuition and direction.
Creative Spark Sacral Throat Creative flow, given a voice.
Inner Sun Solar plexus Throat Quiet confidence.
Light & At Home Solar plexus Sacral Body ease: self-trust, and enjoying your body.
Deep Body Ease Solar plexus Sacral Body ease: self-trust, and enjoying your body.
Thankful Dusk Heart Crown Gratitude.
Vital Bloom Root Sacral Ease and vitality in the body.
Worthy Now Throat Solar plexus Owning and voicing your worth.
Deep Love Heart Throat Love, spoken kindly.
Deep Abundance Sacral Solar plexus Enough, received with steadiness.
Deep Confidence Solar plexus Root Grounded confidence.
Deep Health Root Heart At home in your body.
Deep Belonging Heart Root Belonging, rooted.

During each track’s breathing stretch the ball rests on the focus center, drifts briefly to the supporting center, then settles back. Theme packs follow their chapters. The narration names body areas, never chakras.
